Refund & Return Policy

Shui acts solely as a platform provider and does not take ownership of any goods listed on the platform. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and individual sellers.

General Policy

  1. All return, refund, and exchange requests must be handled directly between the buyer and the individual seller, in accordance with the seller’s stated policies.
  2. Shui does not guarantee acceptance of returns or refunds, as each seller may have different return conditions. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the seller’s return policy before placing an order.
  3. As a general guideline, sellers may accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
    • The item is returned within the seller’s specified return period
    • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
    • Original packaging and tags are intact
    • The item is not classified as non-returnable (e.g. personal use items)
  4. Sale, clearance, or discounted items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise stated by the seller.


Refund Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted according to the seller’s process.
  2. Once a return is received and approved by the seller, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Refund amounts will reflect the actual purchase price paid, including any applied discounts.


Shipping & Responsibility

  1. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
  2. Shui is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

  1. If an item is received faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the buyer must contact the seller directly with supporting evidence (e.g. photos).
  2. Sellers are responsible for resolving such cases in accordance with applicable laws and their own policies.


Platform Limitation

  1. Shui provides transaction support only and does not participate in product inspection, return handling, or dispute resolution between buyers and sellers.
  2. Shui reserves the right to intervene or suspend accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of platform rules.
