Terms of Service
Welcome to Shui (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
- Platform Nature
Shui acts solely as a platform provider and does not take ownership of any goods listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and independent sellers.
Shui provides marketplace infrastructure, payment processing support, and transaction management tools only.
- User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
Shui reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
- Orders and Transactions
All orders placed through the Platform are agreements between the buyer and the seller.
Shui does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any products listed by sellers.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.
- Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- Product authenticity and legality
- Product descriptions and accuracy
- Fulfilment, shipping, and delivery
- Customer service and after-sales support
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Payments and Fees
Shui charges service-related fees, including but not limited to:
- Membership fees
- Transaction processing fees
- Payment gateway fees
- Accelerated payout fees
Shui does not take commission on product sales unless otherwise specified.
- Settlement and Payout
Shui manages payment settlements according to its platform rules:
- Standard sellers: monthly settlement
- Approved sellers: bi-weekly settlement
- Optional instant payout service (subject to additional fees)
Shui reserves the right to adjust settlement timelines and conditions.
- Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are handled directly between buyers and sellers in accordance with the seller’s individual policy.
Shui is not responsible for product returns, refunds, or disputes but reserves the right to intervene in cases of policy violations.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are handled solely by sellers.
Shui does not guarantee delivery timelines and is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
- Limitation of Liability
Shui shall not be liable for:
- Product defects or misrepresentation
- Shipping delays or failures
- Losses arising from transactions between users
Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.
- Platform Rights
Shui reserves the right to:
- Remove listings
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Modify platform features, fees, or policies
- Investigate and take action against fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Modifications
Shui may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Shui’s operation.
By using Shui, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
