Placing Orders
- Shui acts solely as a platform provider and does not take ownership of any goods listed on the platform.
- All orders placed through the Shui platform are made directly between the buyer and the individual seller. The buyer is responsible for reviewing order details carefully before confirming purchase.
- Products and services displayed on the platform are provided by independent sellers. Shui acts as a marketplace and does not constitute an offer to sell goods.
- By placing an order, the buyer makes an offer to purchase goods from the seller at the listed price, including any applicable shipping fees and additional charges.
- Items placed in the cart are not reserved. Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed.
- Shui reserves the right to cancel or reject any order where necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or listing errors, or where fulfilment is not possible.
- Buyers must review their orders carefully before checkout. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Any issues must be handled in accordance with the seller’s return and refund policy.
- In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be processed in accordance with the platform’s payment and refund terms.
- Shipping, delivery timelines, and fulfilment responsibilities are handled solely by the individual seller. Shui does not guarantee delivery times and is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during shipping.
